This month, Epiphany was honored to be a guest on the NewsChannel 5+ SCORE On Business show hosted by Pete Hendrix. The show was taped and will air in the future (stay tuned).
We met Pete via the Southeast Business Forums and over a cup of coffee we realized we had quite a bit in common. Pete refers to himself as a serial Entrepreneur and was definitely ready to discuss what the world of Social Media means, or at least, should look like, for someone with his interests.
First and foremost a businessman, Pete begins conversations by understanding business needs and challenges in his role as a technology advisor. Pete has a servant’s heart and it shows. The main reason he loves his work is that it allows him to help the people that make up a business get their needs met and support their success.
During the interview, we focused on what exactly Social Media is, why a business needs it and ways to understand this virtual black hole topic. Many people today are intrigued by this subject, but fear venturing down into the vortex thinking once they are in, they might never find their way out.
